Nick has made a very nice transition to his new home. After shyly hiding under the bed for several days he finally ventured out more confidently and has become more active, more energetic and more attached to me.

Nick has met the other male cat Ricky, and seems to get along well with him and playfully chases him around the upper floor of the house where he still remains most comfortable. He has his own room upstairs which is his retreat after venturing out to explore the house and he is eating very well. And just recently he has taken to sleeping peacefully next to me in bed.

Nick is absolutely a beautiful and affection-seeking cat who grows more endearing with each passing day. It was great to see him first on the website, to visit him shortly after, and then to take him home the same day. Everyone there at the Shelter made this such a welcoming and happy experience.
