Caring for Kitty Kamilla

Forever Friends Legacy Society

Linda Morin was a remarkable woman. She served our country as a member of the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War and earned the rank of Sergeant. After her honorable discharge, Linda had a very successful business career. Despite her busy professional schedule, Linda was active in her church choir and found time to volunteer at a local organization for the blind. In her leisure time she enjoyed antiquing, restoring objects back to their original beauty and caring for her large adopted feline family.

Linda was a friend and supporter of Northeast Animal Shelter for many years, and we were very saddened by her recent passing.

We were honored that Linda named Northeast Animal Shelter as a beneficiary of her annuity. Her kindness and generosity will live on by benefiting the many cats and dogs we will care for through her bequest.

If, like Linda, you want to ensure that your love of animals continues in the future, we encourage you to include Northeast Animal Shelter in your estate plans. This is one of the easiest, most meaningful ways to perpetuate your support of the thousands of homeless pets we save each year.

If you have already named the Shelter as a beneficiary in your estate plan, please let us know so that we may thank you and welcome you into our Forever Friends Legacy Society.

For more information on how your legacy can live on through a bequest, please contact Laurie McCannon at the Shelter.  Her telephone number is 978-745-9888, extension 303.  Or, you can reach Laurie by email at
