Greetings, my name is Chewy and I am a local gal. I was surrendered with my 5 friends. The shelter had me spayed, so I am ready to meet you. I enjoy catnip and will roll around in it and do some flips. Catnip also makes me playful and fun to watch. I am looking for a calm and patient person. New things can scare me and I may hide for a bit. I really am uncomfortable with people reaching fast for me, but if you can “Go Slow” and give me the time I need to adjust, things will go smoother. Two of my sisters were adopted together and are doing very well in their home, because their person is patient. It really does make a difference in scardies like me. Please be willing to give me the space and time that I need.”
