Hi, my name is Gidget. I am a shy, but nice kitty and I am looking for a quiet type home, with someone that will be able to let me do my thing until I am comfortable please. I come out when someone sits and quietly talks to me. Sometimes I will walk amongst legs and will rub on them and accept brief pats. I like the dry fish treats they give me, but I have not yet taken any from their hands. I do eat the treat while they are near. I also prefer to keep my four paws on the ground. I get along well with other cats, so if you have any, that would be great! If you are looking for a companion and have another kitty or two in the home, I may just be the one for you.”
9/28/2018: Gidget was able to spend some time in an office with our vet. The next week when she went to see Gidget, Gidget came out and engaged interaction and rubbed on her. We feel that with the right home and with patience Gidget’s personality will blossom. She does better once she knows someone.
