This is Hulk. He’s a shy guy who thinks shelter life is oh-so-overwhelming. New situations, surroundings, and people tend to make him nervous, but with a patient, quiet home this gentle soul will blossom! He loves to spend time with those he knows and he turns into a goofy, gentle giant! Because he’s a shy potato, Hulk is looking for a home willing to give him plenty of time to settle in!
Hulk is a shy guy, which makes him one of our Unfurgettable Friends! If you are interested in learning more about Hulk, email firstname.lastname@example.org ATTN: Hulk and fill out the online pre-adoption form.
His previous foster home had nothing but great things to say:
“Hulk is the smartest dog in any room. He is hilarious, active and friendly with most both dog and person alike. He is working on house manners like remembering that food on a table is for people and not puppers (oh but what if it was for dogs- Hulk dreams that it might be that way someday). He was kennel trained and he is wonderful in a kennel, but does get VERY happy to see you return and will wiggle his entire body until you open the crate. Hulk likes to walk on leash and to explore, he’s an active and happy guy. Hulk walks in a harness. He plays well with dogs but does have a pretty hard play style. Hulk LOVES to swim, to jump off of the dock and could do so all day if allowed. He tended to ignore the puppies in the foster home until they wanted to play with him which he then happily agreed to a game. He has not lived with a feline friend. Hulk’s foster says that he is unusually tall and is very fit and lean despite loving food and cookies.”
