Greetings, my name is Oliver and I am a local surrender.  I am active and friendly.  I was given up because sometimes I pee on my persons bed.  I went to Angel Memorial where they found nothing physically wrong with me, so they decided I was probably showing signs that I may be anxious.  Maybe you could come in and meet with an adoption counselor to see what suggestions they may have.  I really am a sweetheart, and like all kitties I deserve a warm and loving home.
