Hi, my name is Sammy.  I am friendly, social and love giving tons and tons of kisses.  I guess you can say that I am boisterous.  I do love to bounce on people and can pull while on leash, so maybe you could help me with these things.  Reach to pat me and I will wash every finger you have.  I also like to lean on the one that loves on me and pays attention to me.  If you stop these things, I will immediately move onto the next person. I also dream of laying on laps.  I guess you can say that I am a big goofball and have no idea that I am also a big guy.

Shelter Notes

2/26/2019:  Sammy is incredibly sweet, friendly and oh so energetic.  He’s a big strong guy and a quick learner.  He loves going for very long walks (2-4 miles) which is a great way for him to burn off some of that energy he has.  He loves all his toys but especially his Kong toys that dispense treats.  While Sammy is a very sweet, fun loving guy, he has a history of knocking down small children due to his excitement and energy so a home without small children would likely be best.  He needs an owner who can teach him good manners and boundaries.
