Hi, my name is Summer, and I am a friendly and social gal. I love activity toys and I love people. When going on walks I love to head on over to say hi to anyone and everyone and I am always super affectionate by freely giving out hugs. I really think that everyone is my bestest friend. When I have down time I enjoy collecting things that I find and would like to check out some more, I will bring these to my bed. Staff say it’s like I have a flea market with the items I gather! Of course, I will let them take things and put them back where they belong. I am an all around great gal and I am seeking a quiet type of home where I can go on leisurely walks and be loved on. I promise that I will return that love ten-fold.”
5/4/2019: Summer loves her bed and is learning manners while spending time in various office. She has been spayed and is ready to find her new home. Due to her heart condition she should probably have some restricted activity and we would have you meet with our veterinarian to go over any special needs. Other than that, walks through the neighborhood and snuggles in bed is the life that Summer is dreaming of.
4/25/2019: During Summer’s vet exam it was determined that she has a heart murmur. Summer went for a special echocardiogram and will need to have a daily medication to help her heart. She doesn’t seem to know anything is different as she loves going for leash walks and spending time with the staff.
4/15/2019: Summer is the sweetest girl who loves attention and is eager to meet everyone new.
