Zip is a shy guy that finds shelter life a tad overwhelming! He seems to be shy when he first meets new human friends, but once he finds his brave, he will shower you with head butts and purrs. He is looking for a quiet home that will give him time (and treats!) to settle into his new surroundings. He loves to lay down for belly rubs once he knows and trusts you and when he wants attention, he will let you know. Zip enjoyed laying on his previous owner’s pillow. He is not a lap cat, but will sit on the back of the couch or bed when you are there. He likes a quiet place to nap the day away, and seems to be a bit of a night owl! He is a sweet boy who loves to be loved. He may prefer to be the only cat in the home. Zip is a bit of a begger and likes to try and steal human food, what a silly boy!

Zip is a shy guy, which makes him one of our last-to-be-adopted pets, affectionately known as our Unfurgettable Friends! If you are interested in learning more about Zip, email unfurgettable@neas.org ATTN: Zip and fill out the online pre-adoption form.
